Q Is it possible to refund ?
Yes, Jetstax has a 48 hours refund policy. If refund is requested within the first 24 hours the money will be send back to the original payment payment. After 24 hours refunds will show up as account credits.
All fees for domain name registration and related domain name service are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
Q Do you offer technical support ?
Yes, We offer 24/7 free support for all general questions trough support tickets. Our technical support is available from monday to friday from 9 am to 10 pm CET.
You can also always ask the community on our offical forum, or search for your question in our knowledge base.
Q Will it be payed automatically every month ?
No, Currently Jetstax has no option to setup a subscription This means you will need to extend it every month yourself for as long you want to continue.
An invoice will be created 2 weeks before the end of the cycle. If you do not want to extend you can just leave the invoice open.
Q Are there hidden fees ?
No, you can buy the service for the price shown on our website. Note that the prices are displayed excl. VAT and this will be added.
Besides that it is possible to upgrade and configure some of our services.
